Meet Jeff. He started seeing a chiropractor after his lower back pain ended his time on the golf green and tennis court. Now he’s back in full swing.
“I have been playing golf and tennis for many years. I would occasionally have back problems but the pain always got better after a few days rest.
Nine months ago I started having lower back pain again which didn’t go away so I stopped playing tennis. I used different medications to relieve the pain which helped in the short-term but the pain would always return. It got to a point where the pain became so severe I stopped playing golf too.
One of the guys from my club mentioned that he and other members were seeing a chiropractor. I had nothing to lose so I made an appointment. My first visit consisted of a variety of treatments which included adjustments. I was also shown a number of exercises to do each day.
After half a dozen visits, my lower back has never felt better and I’m now back to playing tennis and golf on a regular basis.”
