It was just a simple thing…until it wasn’t.
A long-time migraine sufferer and a child of chiropractors, Kendall tells of how chiropractic has educated her and helped to relieve her migraine-related symptoms. Read Kendall’s story:
“I have been suffering from severe migraines since I was about seven years old. That’s over 20 years of head pain that causes auras and extreme nausea. Anyone who has ever experienced a migraine knows how debilitating they are and just how much they impact your life.
I am lucky to have been raised in a chiropractic family so I know and live by its many benefits.
I am a firm believer that without chiropractic, I would live my life on a daily pain management routine consisting of prescriptions and likely other pharmaceuticals. I would probably also miss out on a lot of big moments and events in life.
Thankfully, I am mindful of my body and its migraine triggers. With a combination of a good diet, regular exercise, stress awareness, chiropractic, and other healthcare practitioners, I am able to manage and reduce the number of migraines I suffer. I am a huge advocate for chiropractic as it has holistically improved my quality of life and share its benefits with fellow headache and migraine sufferers.”
Pain changes everything. Chiropractic care changes pain.
