Voici quelques conseils qui vous aideront \u00e0 embellir votre jardin tout en prot\u00e9geant votre dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9chauffez-vous avant de commencer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de vous attaquer aux platebandes, faites 10 minutes de marche rapide dans le quartier ou m\u00eame sur place pour vous \u00e9chauffer les muscles. Optimisez cet exercice en balan\u00e7ant les bras et en \u00e9levant les genoux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9-T-I-R-E-Z-VOUS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9chauffement, faites quelques \u00e9tirements doux. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez chacun des exercices suivants cinq fois, sans trop vous pousser. N\u2019oubliez pas d\u2019entrecouper votre jardinage de fr\u00e9quentes pauses d\u00e9tente et \u00e9tirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les c\u00f4t\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tendez le bras droit au-dessus de la t\u00eate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penchez le tronc vers la gauche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gardez la position 15 secondes, puis recommencez de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les cuisses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prenez appui contre un arbre, un mur ou une cl\u00f4ture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pliez le genou droit de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 porter la cheville \u00e0 la main gauche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gardez la position 15 secondes, puis recommencez avec le genou gauche.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le dos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En position assise, la t\u00eate baiss\u00e9e, penchez-vous vers l\u2019avant en pliant \u00e0 la hauteur des hanches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portez vos doigts au sol.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les poignets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le bras tendu devant vous, paume vers le bas. Pliez le poignet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vos doigts pointent vers le sol. Placez les mains jointes et pressez les paumes l\u2019une contre l\u2019autre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le bras tendu devant vous, placez la main en position \u00ab arr\u00eat \u00bb. Gardez la position \u00e0 l\u2019aide de votre autre main.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placez les mains jointes et pressez les paumes l\u2019une contre l\u2019autre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bras et les \u00e9paules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les bras d\u00e9tendus le long du corps, faites des rotations des \u00e9paules vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re et l\u2019avant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les bras serr\u00e9s autour de vous, faites une rotation de la taille vers la droite et la gauche.
