Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019exercice r\u00e9duit la gravit\u00e9 de la lombalgie, des douleurs \u00e0 la ceinture pelvienne et des douleurs lombo-pelviennes pendant la grossesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment votre chiropraticien peut-il vous aider?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chiropraticiens peuvent promouvoir de saines habitudes de vie en faisant de la sensibilisation, en recommandant des programmes d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique par le biais d\u2019une approche personnalis\u00e9e qui tient compte du milieu du patient et des ressources \u00e0 sa disposition, ainsi qu\u2019en rassurant le patient quant \u00e0 ses capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exercice. Les programmes peuvent comprendre de la musculation, des activit\u00e9s a\u00e9robiques, des \u00e9tirements et des techniques de relaxation, et les cliniciens peuvent aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la fr\u00e9quence et l\u2019intensit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9es des exercices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recommandations :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Toutes les femmes sans contre-indication (voir ci-apr\u00e8s) sont encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre physiquement actives durant la grossesse. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la combinaison d\u2019exercices a\u00e9robiques et d\u2019exercices de r\u00e9sistance pendant la grossesse est plus efficace pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 que les exercices a\u00e9robiques seuls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les femmes enceintes devraient faire au moins 150 minutes d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique d\u2019intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e chaque semaine pour en retirer des bienfaits significatifs pour la sant\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire les complications durant la grossesse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est recommand\u00e9 de faire de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique au moins trois jours par semaine, mais c\u2019est encore mieux d\u2019en faire tous les jours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les femmes enceintes devraient int\u00e9grer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019activit\u00e9s a\u00e9robiques et d\u2019exercices de r\u00e9sistance pour r\u00e9colter un maximum de bienfaits. L\u2019ajout de yoga et\/ou d\u2019\u00e9tirements en douceur peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre profitable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contre-indications<\/strong> : Avant d\u2019entreprendre tout programme d\u2019exercices, il est important de consulter votre professionnel de la sant\u00e9.
