C\u2019est un investissement beaut\u00e9 et sant\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Le secret d\u2019une bonne posture ? Respecter les courbes naturelles de votre colonne. Si votre colonne n\u2019est pas correctement align\u00e9e, vos muscles et vos ligaments sont davantage sollicit\u00e9s pour vous garder droit, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des tensions et des douleurs.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Une mauvaise posture exerce une pression sur les poumons et l\u2019estomac, ce qui peut nuire \u00e0 la respiration, \u00e0 la digestion et \u00e0 la circulation sanguine. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Votre posture passe-t-elle le test ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Utilisez un miroir \u00e0 trois faces ou demandez \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de vous aider \u00e0 examiner votre dos : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-fancy wp-block-list\">\n<li>Debout : la t\u00eate, les \u00e9paules, les hanches, les genoux et les chevilles devraient \u00eatre align\u00e9s confortablement l\u2019un au-dessus de l\u2019autre. Les genoux devraient \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chis et les pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s au moins de la largeur des \u00e9paules.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De dos : vos \u00e9paules et vos hanches sont-elles au m\u00eame niveau ou un c\u00f4t\u00e9 est-il plus haut que l\u2019autre ? Votre t\u00eate est-elle inclin\u00e9e d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 ? L\u2019une de vos omoplates est-elle plus saillante que l\u2019autre ? Les muscles de votre dos sont-ils plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 ? Un dos en sant\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre sym\u00e9trique.     <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De c\u00f4t\u00e9 : votre cou et le bas de votre dos devraient \u00eatre courb\u00e9s vers l\u2019avant, et le milieu de votre dos et votre bassin devraient \u00eatre courb\u00e9s vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Un d\u00e9salignement des courbes naturelles de votre colonne peut entra\u00eener des tensions et des douleurs dorsales. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Counseils pour une bonne posture <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-fancy wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si vous transportez un sac \u00e0 main ou un porte-document \u00e0 bandouli\u00e8re, optez pour une sangle assez longue pour \u00eatre pass\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9paule oppos\u00e9e. Le poids du sac est ainsi uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parti et aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir une mauvaise posture.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les talons hauts d\u00e9salignent la colonne, ce qui emp\u00eache d\u2019adopter une bonne posture et entra\u00eene souvent des douleurs lombaires. Optez plut\u00f4t pour une chaussure \u00e0 talon plat qui soutient bien le pied. Si vous ne pouvez renoncer \u00e0 vos chaussures mode, essayez de vous limiter \u00e0 des talons d\u2019au plus 5 cm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9vitez de rester assis dans la m\u00eame position pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. Faites quelques exercices d\u2019assouplissement ou changez de position toutes les 30 \u00e0 45 minutes. Pour \u00e9tirer rapidement et facilement votre colonne, levez-vous et \u00e9levez les bras au-dessus de votre t\u00eate.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En renfor\u00e7ant vos muscles posturaux, du dos et des abdominaux notamment, votre colonne sera bien soutenue et il vous sera plus facile de vous tenir bien droit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Les chiropraticiens canadiens sont des sp\u00e9cialistes de la sant\u00e9 du dos.
