Je le vois dans les m\u00e2choires serr\u00e9es, dans les \u00e9paules tendues ou dans les douleurs dorsales caus\u00e9es par les heures pass\u00e9es en position assise devant un bureau ou par la position pench\u00e9e que l\u2019on adopte pour allaiter au sein ou au biberon. Le fait de bouger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et de consulter un chiropraticien peut rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette tension et vous aider \u00e0 vous sentir mieux. \u00bb   <\/p>\n\n<p>Selon la Dre Zemari, les mesures que l\u2019on prend pour am\u00e9liorer sa posture constituent \u00e9galement des \u00ab investissements \u00bb simples mais payants.
