OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The CCA office, situated in downtown Toronto, is thoughtfully designed to encourage teamwork and collaboration among our staff. Additionally, we offer a modest wellness room where staff can take a moment to rest and rejuvenate throughout their bustling days.

We recognize that our team members have diverse schedules and preferences, so we offer accommodating and hybrid options in our working environment. With flexible hours and the ability to collaborate both in-person and virtually, we strive to create a supportive and accommodating workplace where every team member can thrive.


TAKING CARE OF OUR TEAM

The Interview Process

  1. After you apply to a vacancy, the recruitment team will review your submission and decide if you will move on to a screening call.
  2. A shortlist of applicants will be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager.
  3. Depending on the role, you may be scheduled for another interview with a member of our executive leadership team and/or other staff in the department.
  4. All applicants will be notified of next steps, whether it’s an offer or notifying you that you were not selected for the role.

Even though you are not a part of our team just yet, the CCA values and respects the time and effort of our job candidates. Throughout the entire interview process, our recruitment team prides itself on providing clear instructions and communication regarding your candidacy.
