Chronic Pain Research and Collaboration: Presenting Chiropractic Voices at the 45th Annual Scientific Meeting

At the 45th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Canadian Pain Society, Canadian chiropractors Dr. Yaad Shergill and Dr. Demetry Assimakopoulos joined a national dialogue on chronic pain care. Held May 1–4, 2025, the conference brought together researchers, clinicians, and people with lived experience to address one of Canada’s most pressing health issues. From virtual tools to inclusive diagnostic models, both chiropractors highlighted the profession’s evolving role in chronic pain management.
